We are dedicated to building quality affordable homes to meet the needs of the UK population. Currently about half of newly built affordable houses each year are provided by developers through section 106 agreements on private estates and blocks. Research says that 145,000 affordable homes should be built annually for the next five years; with 57,644 being built in 2019-20 a significant increase in the production of new affordable homes is required to meet the requirement. We believe in adding quality, affordable housing to the UK stock, and in addressing the UK housing crisis head on, pro-actively working with Residential Providers, fulfilling the gap between the public and private sectors.
