Introducing Acornfield

Three brand new warehouse/industrial units ranging from 31,244 to 54,767 sq. ft. We purchased the 7 acre parcel of land in the heart of Knowsley Industrial Park and designed, obtained planning approval and have speculatively commenced construction in January 2022. We have now exchanged contracts to sell the development to an institutional purchaser. The site will be completed Q4 2022.

Introducing Wire 81

Works included: 3000 kva power supply, 7.2m height to the eaves, 8.8m height to the ridge, new concrete yard and new concrete internal floor, new roof with 5% rooflights, 3 dock levellers, 5 level access doors, fully refurbished office space, 74 parking spaces and 17 HGV parking spaces. The building was sold at practical completion to Dhollandia, a Belgium based manufacturer of vehicle tail lifts.

Introducing Prime Point Speke

Features of the development include; 12m eaves height, 500kva power supply and an extensive 66m deep service yard with availability for 32 HGV parking spaces.

We purchased the land, obtained planning approval, designed and built the scheme in 2019.

The building was let prior to practical completion to Benross Ltd. on a long term lease.

Over the past 20 years, the group have designed, built and managed over 3 million square feet of property and completed some of the largest commercial, industrial and sales and lettings in the North of England to a variety of different end users including owner occupiers, major blue chip companies and institutional investors.

Case Study One

Prime Point Speke

We acquired the 4.72 acre site in 2018 and speculatively built a 100,000 sq ft warehouse in Speke, Liverpool which was let on completion to Liverpool based online retailer Benross during the height of the pandemic in the summer of 2020.

Case Study Two

Wrexham Wire

Purchased in December 2020, followed by a full refurbishment and sale of the 81,000 sq ft former Wrexham Wire building on the popular Wrexham Industrial Estate to Belgium tail lift manufacturer Dhollandia within 12 months, setting a new record for the group.
