We acquired the 4.72 acre site in 2018 and speculatively built a 100,000 sq ft warehouse in Speke, Liverpool which was let on completion to Liverpool based online retailer Benross during the height of the pandemic in the summer of 2020.

Purchased in December 2020, followed by a full refurbishment and sale of the 81,000 sq ft former Wrexham Wire building on the popular Wrexham Industrial Estate to Belgium tail lift manufacturer Dhollandia within 12 months, setting a new record for the group.
