Our Story

The Prime Group was established in 2017 by Cheshire-based Managing Director, Baber Majid and colleague Director, Jeff Pike. With over 45 years combined experience in the property industry, the stakeholders have designed, built and managed over 3 million square feet of property and completed some of the largest sales and lettings in the North of England to a variety of different end users including owner occupiers, major blue chip companies, institutional investors and registered providers of housing.

Our Group Headquarters is at Chichester House just outside central Manchester, our team specialises in property-related projects across the North of England.

The Prime Group consists of the following companies:

Prime Property Consultancy – PPC is the consultancy arm of The Prime Group, specialising in professional services from pre acquisition due diligence, design, project management and delivery of commercial and residential developments with in house architects, surveyors and project managers to asset management following completion.

Construction and Property Solutions Limited (CPS) – CPS is the construction arm of The Prime Group and acts as the main contractor on all commercial projects. CPS has carried out speculative developments and refurbishments of industrial projects ranging from 50,000 to 250,000 sq. ft. to date.

Hardwick Homes – Hardwick Homes is the residential property development arm of The Prime Group, a trusted development partner to registered providers specialising in affordable homes. Hardwick Homes is committed to providing quality, affordable housing to the UK stock and is addressing the UK housing crisis head on by proactively working with residential providers.
