An overview of current projects
We are a Manchester based property developer,
specialising in projects in the North of England. Over
the past 20 years we have designed, built and managed
over 3 million square feet of property and completed
some of the largest sales and lettings in the North of
England to a variety of different end users including
owner occupiers, major blue chip companies,
institutional investors and registered providers of
housing.
