This development of 71 houses consists of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom affordable properties in Sedgefield. In this instance all of the properties were sold prior to completion to the Local Housing Authority – Livin. The aim of this development was to bring contemporary living to the area, with a social housing scheme that has been repeatedly complimented by the local council and stakeholders alike. Hardwick are excited to share this project with the public and demonstrate that affordable housing can be designed and built to a high standard, without compromise. The scheme was completed in the Spring of 2022.
