Introducing Prime Self Storage
The building was fitted out as a self storage unit which is now owned and operated by an associated company, Prime Self Storage.
We took what was a dilapidated 16,000 sq. ft. industrial unit in Speke, Liverpool and substantially redeveloped it to incorporate a mezzanine throughout the building increasing the floor area to 32,000 sq. ft. over a period of 9 months.
